Summer Housing 2024

While Penn is a destination of choice for a myriad of conferences and events, it also attracts thousands of interns, summer session students, and researchers each summer. Dive in, study hard, improve your skills, achieve your goals, meet new people from all over the world, and make lifelong friendships. Once you explore all the options, we're confident that you will find that Penn is the right destination for you.

Summer housing will be available between May 26th - August 10th 2024. All applications below will be open for registration on March 11, 2024. Please note, these applications are on a rolling first come first serve basis and will close once we have reached max capacity.

By submitting an application you agree to abide by the terms set forth in the Summer Occupancy Agreement.

2024 Housing and Lodging Options:

Summer housing will be available at the following rates:

Private Apartment ($69.00 per night/ $483.00 per week - Residents have their own private bedroom (with extra long twin bed), living room, bathroom, and a kitchen (kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, 4 burner stovetop, and oven, but do not include a microwave, pots and pans, plates or utensils). Private apartment availability is limited.

Private Bedroom w/ shared bath ($58.50 per night/ $409.00 per week) - Residents have their own bedroom, but will share the living room, and bathroom areas with up to 3 other people. Kitchens are likely but not guaranteed.

*5 weeks minimum stay required*
