Residents will have their own bedroom but will share the living room and bathroom areas with up to 3 other people. Kitchens are likely, but not guaranteed.

Each room is furnished with an extra-long twin bed, a desk, chair, chest of drawers or wardrobe, and bookshelves.

Security staff are stationed at the entrances around the clock. House Managers, and a full complement of housekeeping and maintenance staff are available in case of an emergency. Visitors are welcome, but they must be signed in by residents.
