We offer visiting programs the option of extended stays in our college houses on campus. Typical programs include high school students, undergraduate and graduate programs, athletes, interns and summer session housing.
We are pleased to offer furnished and air-conditioned residence halls. Residents will stay in multi-occupancy guest suites and will have a private or shared bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with one set of the following items: extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair, lamp, and dresser. Due to space constraints, any additional furniture is discouraged.
We offer programs bed spaces in the Quad, Harrison and Harnwell College Houses.
The Quad environment is truly remarkable. Made up of over 28 interlocking building, combined into 3 distinct personalities known as college houses; Fisher Hassenfeld, Riepe, and Ware. Each College house can accommodate between 450-550 guests in a variety of room configurations. Programs staying in the Quad typically are made up of high school students sponsored by Penn Summer Programs.
Hamilton Village is made up of a mix of highrise apartment style buildings and more traditional lowrise buildings. All together Hamilton Village is home to approximately 2,000 Penn students and is the main hub of Penn residential life. Harrison, Harnwell, and Rodin are the three highrise buildings primarily used for summer housing. All three buildings have a variety of room types including single rooms, single apartments, doubles, triples and quads. All room types have a private bath, and more than half have their own kitchen
