Policies and Procedures

Payment Policy

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check. Checks should be made payable to the 'Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania'.

Payment must be received prior to your registration confirmation.

Withdrawal Policy

While we are aware that the demands of family and business may necessitate a change in plans, withdrawal requests received less than 30 days prior to the event incur a withdrawal fee of 50%. Withdrawals on or after the first day of the conference are subject to forfeiture.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued through the method that payment was received (Credit Card vs Check).
